Shipping

We ship straight from our store in Florida USA. We do all the hard work for you getting your favorite clothes from Australia. So you won't have to pay any customs duties or taxes. Also, if you change your mind, you won't have to pay ridiculous fees on shipping the item back.

Need your item urgently? We offer express shipping with USPS for $30. We also offer overnight shipping with UPS for $69 which is valid Mon-Thursday. Orders must be placed before 12pm to qualify for next day shipping. Express shipping in certain locations can take a maximum of 2 days. You can choose this option at checkout.

All orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be shipped on Monday or the next working day.

Deliveries within US major cities can arrive within 2-4 business days from the day you place your order.

Customers are responsible in ensuring they provide the correct shipping address during checkout.

Chalk Gazelle will not be held responsible, and will not reimburse shipping fees for incorrect details provided at checkout.

Chalk Gazelle will not be held responsible for errors made outside of our control, lost shipments or shipments that are delivered and left in mailbox or at the door.

Sometimes there may be delays during severe weather. We apologize for this inconvenience.

The international shipping rate starts from only $19. You package will be shipped within 1 to 2 working day. Chalk gazelle will not be responsible for any custom duties and taxes that may be incurred. If item's are unpaid and returned to us, customer will have to pay shipping fees again.

Chalk Gazelle is not responsible for any return shipping costs.
