DON'T LOVE IT? RETURN IT!
At Chalk Gazelle Boutique, we’re here to help make sure you have an amazing online shopping experience. We understand that includes fast & easy returns.
If you don't absolutely love your new Chalk Gazelle item, send it back within 21 days of receiving delivery. We will gladly accept a return of unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise with all tags intact for an online store credit which never expires. We offer an extended 30 days on all international orders. You can use this credit to purchase your new item.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Please write your name, delivery address and order number on the package somewhere so we can locate your order in our database to contact you once it arrives back.
You do not need to wait on us to start your return, just begin shipping if you're within the eligible return window.
Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches us. We will send you a confirmation email once your store credit has been issued. We won't leave you hanging!

We strongly advise you to retain a copy of the tracking/serial number of your return package to allow for easier tracking. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Preorders and special order items cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. If you no longer need the specific style, we are happy issue store credit that can be used anytime for any style. For our Pre-order policy, please click here
We accept returns within 21 calendar days of the delivery date and 30 calendar days on all international orders.
- You will receive your store credit within 2 to 4 business days of Chalk Gazelle receiving your return.
- Store Credit does not expire after the issue date, and can be used on any item in store.
- Item(s) returned after 21 calendar days will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for paying a $10 return shipping fee.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, odor, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
- Merchandise must still have all tags attached.
- Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Chalk Gazelle Boutique’s staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
- If not received in their original state and damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
- All items are checked before packaging and shipment. If an item is damaged, Chalk Gazelle will replace it for you. Damaged item has to be reported within 5 business days of package arrival unworn.
- No refunds for cancellation of orders/preorders. Only store credit will be provided.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Original shipping is non-refundable.
